Dr Siwan Mitchelmore is a Senior Lecturer in Business and Management at Bangor Business School and is an expert researcher in Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Innovation in SMEs.  Siwan's work has appeared in many International recognised Journals including Journal of International Management, Journal of Business Research and Journal of Small Business Management. Siwan was recognised for her excellence in teaching and was awarded a È«Ãñ²ÊƱ Teaching Fellowship in the the 2016 University Graduation Ceremony.
